Mark Lorusso (Board Member since 2011) is a partner in the Northeast Region of McGladrey – Assurance, Tax and Consulting. He serves a diversified client base and is extensively involved in the tax planning and compliance for both SEC and privately held middle-market businesses and their stakeholders. Mark Lorusso is a member of Private Equity Industry Group and the Food and Beverage Industry Group in McGladrey’s Northeast Region.  He has a degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut School of Business and is a certified public accountant.  He is active in the Boy Scouts of America and the Stamford Tax Association.
